Her leverer Aneby AMAQ (Milj\u00f8 &amp; Vatten AB) varme til cirka 250 husstande og et st\u00f8rre industriomr\u00e5de. Inden installationen af det nye varmev\u00e6rk, var Aneby Sveriges dyreste kommune, at k\u00f8be varme i. P\u00e5 bare to \u00e5r var kommunen i 2016 avanceret 85 pladser p\u00e5 denne liste. Tidligere blev varmen leveret fra et anl\u00e6g ejet af et privat selskab. Grundet dav\u00e6rende aftale med leverand\u00f8ren oplevede AMAQ \u00f8konomisk tab, som medvirkede til de h\u00f8je fjernvarmepriser.<\/p>\n<p>Efter et bes\u00f8g hos Mullsj\u00f6 Fjernvarme, hvor Linka tidligere har installeret anl\u00e6g, og med et \u00f8nske om at blive selvforsynende, valgte Aneby AMAQ at investere i et nyt mobilvarmev\u00e6rk.<\/p>\n<p>Linka blev valgt som leverand\u00f8r, da vi tidligere har leveret lignende anl\u00e6g, og kunne tilbyde et yderst driftssikkert, fleksibelt anl\u00e6g til en fordelagtig pris. Aftalen mellem Aneby AMAQ og Linka faldt p\u00e5 plads i februar 2014. Idet Anebys dav\u00e6rende forsyningsaftale udl\u00f8b, skulle halvdelen af anl\u00e6gget st\u00e5 driftsklar i juni, bare seks m\u00e5neder senere. En udfordring Linka kunne im\u00f8dekomme.<\/p>\n<p>Det nye anl\u00e6g skulle erstatte en 6,3 MW kedel fra de tidlige 1980\u2019ere, yderligere en 2,2 MW kedel samt en olie backup. Den vigtigste faktor for Aneby, i sammens\u00e6tningen af anl\u00e6gget, har v\u00e6ret fleksibilitet. Netop dette krav opfyldes fuldst\u00e6ndig i det endelige anl\u00e6g.<\/p>\n<p>Ved at installere fire 3.000 kW kedler, i stedet for en stor 12.000 kW, kan forsyningen i langt h\u00f8jere grad tilpasses omr\u00e5dets skiftende varmebehov. Opstillingen af flere, mindre kedler medf\u00f8rer at effekten kan reguleres helt ned til 300 kW, og op til 12.000 kW n\u00e5r alle kedler k\u00f8rer med fuld last.<\/p>\n<p>Mens en enkelt kedel kan forsyne Aneby-omr\u00e5det i \u00e5rets varmeste m\u00e5neder, kr\u00e6ver det begge fliskedler og den ene tr\u00e6pillekedel at holde beboerne varme om vinteren. Hermed fungerer den fjerde kedel som backup, i tilf\u00e6lde af en ekstraordin\u00e6r kold vinter.<br \/>\n&#8220;]Mobil varme sikrer stor besparelse &#8211; for b\u00e5de kunder og varmev\u00e6rk[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8221;h4&#8243; text_size=&#8221;h4&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;930831&#8243; subheading=&#8221;Linka har v\u00e6ret totalleverand\u00f8r p\u00e5 mobilanl\u00e6gget, som best\u00e5r af fire anl\u00e6gscontainere, to med tr\u00e6pillekedler og to med fliskedler, samt en servicecontainer med et lille kontor, pumpe og trykholderanl\u00e6g.<\/p>\n<p>Fliskedlerne f\u00f8des fra en stor fliscontainer, hvor flisen transporteres fra et skraberanl\u00e6g via en mellembeholder, som fordeler flisen til kedlerne efter behov. Tr\u00e6pillerne opbevares i to store pillesiloer, som f\u00f8der de \u00f8vrige to kedler. Styringen p\u00e5 det fuldautomatiske anl\u00e6g sikrer konstant den optimale f\u00f8dning af br\u00e6ndsel, for at opn\u00e5 h\u00f8jest effektivitet.<\/p>\n<p>Asken snegles automatisk uden for hovedcontainerne, ned i de opstillede askecontainere. Hermed er driftstilsynet af anl\u00e6gget minimalt.<\/p>\n<p>Kombinationen af flis og tr\u00e6piller som br\u00e6ndsel, sikrer en h\u00f8j br\u00e6ndselsfleksibilitet. Aneby kan derfor skifte br\u00e6ndsel, afh\u00e6ngig af eksempelvis priser og udbud, og dermed opn\u00e5 s\u00e5 lave omkostninger som muligt, samt h\u00f8jere forsyningssikkerhed.&#8221; text_color_type=&#8221;uncode-palette&#8221;
