StB-systemet (Straw to Biogas) fra Linka Energy best\u00e5r af en r\u00e6kke n\u00f8je sammensatte komponenter, der tilsammen sikrer en effektiv, automatiseret og b\u00e6redygtig h\u00e5ndtering af halm til biogasproduktion.<\/p>\n

Processen starter med en automatiseret halmkran, der transporterer halmballer direkte til systemet \u2013 helt uden behov for manuel h\u00e5ndtering. En snoreaftager fjerner herefter automatisk snore og net fra ballerne og forbereder materialet til den videre behandling.<\/p>\n

N\u00e6ste led i processen er opriveren, der findeler halmen til en ensartet st\u00f8rrelse.\u00a0Det klarg\u00f8r halmen til at kunne komme igennem hammerm\u00f8llen.<\/p>\n

Halmen f\u00f8res herefter gennem en r\u00e6kke forbehandlingsenheder, som typisk omfatter stenf\u00e6lde, grov- og finm\u00f8ller samt vindseparering \u2013 alt sammen for at sikre, at der er s\u00e5 ensartet infeed til reaktoren som muligt.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space empty_h=”2″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”432490″]Denne integrerede tilgang g\u00f8r det muligt at udnytte halm som en v\u00e6rdifuld ressource i biogasproduktion \u2013 p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, der b\u00e5de \u00f8ger anl\u00e6ggets effektivitet og reducerer afh\u00e6ngigheden af fossile br\u00e6ndsler samt CO\u2082-udledningen.<\/p>\n

StB-systemet er blevet implementeret i flere biogasanl\u00e6g, herunder et projekt i Kv\u00e6rs i samarbejde med Nature Energy. Her bliver systemet brugt til at forbehandle halm, hvilket resulterede i en \u00f8get biogasproduktion og forbedret driftseffektivitet.<\/p>\n

Processen starter med en automatiseret halmkran, der transporterer ballerne direkte til systemet uden manuel indgriben.<\/p>\n

Herefter fjerner en snoreaftager automatisk net og bindegarn, inden ballerne sk\u00e6res op i mindre stykker af en guillotine.<\/p>\n

Det forbehandlede materiale f\u00f8res via transportb\u00e5nd til en blandetank, hvor halmen blandes med gylle eller v\u00e6ske for at opn\u00e5 en pumpbar konsistens.<\/p>\n

Hele systemet styres centralt via et overv\u00e5gningssystem, som sikrer b\u00e5de driftssikkerhed og mulighed for fjernstyring.<\/p>\n

Denne proces er afg\u00f8rende for at sikre en problemfri drift og forhindre, at fremmedlegemer beskadiger efterf\u00f8lgende udstyr som opriver og pumper.<\/p>\n

Snoreaftageren identificerer og fjerner automatisk snore og net, der holder halmballerne sammen.<\/p>\n

Efter fjernelsen transporteres det rensede halmmateriale videre til n\u00e6ste trin i forbehandlingsprocessen, s\u00e5som findeling og blanding med gylle eller anden v\u00e6ske for at opn\u00e5 en pumpbar konsistens.<\/p>\n
