Der er desuden monteret en economizer med et 2-pass system, der reducerer r\u00f8ggastemperaturen fra 170\u00b0C til ca. 130\u00b0C, hvilket \u00f8ger effektiviteten og reducerer br\u00e6ndstofforbruget med ca. 30 kg\/t.<\/p>\n<p>Hele fyringsprocessen starter p\u00e5 halmlageret, hvor halmkranen afleverer en halmballe til et 15 meter langt Linka\u00ae halmtransportb\u00e5nd (inkl. halmbord, snoreaftager og indl\u00f8b) videre herfra til en Linka\u00ae TWIN opriver, der opriver halmballen. Halmlager og kedelrum er adskilt med en hydraulisk sikkerhedsl\u00e5ge, som kun \u00e5bner, n\u00e5r der kaldes p\u00e5 halmballer fra opriveren. Den hydrauliske sikkerhedsl\u00e5ge er designet til automatisk at lukke ved str\u00f8msvigt ved at bruge sin egen v\u00e6gt.<\/p>\n<p>Herefter f\u00f8res det oprevne halm ind i forbr\u00e6ndingskammeret ved hj\u00e6lp af den dobbelte stokersnegl, som f\u00f8rer halmen ind i kedlen og afleverer det p\u00e5 ristens \u00f8verste trin. Her er der desuden monteret en lille oliebr\u00e6nder til automatisk opstart af kedlen.<\/p>\n<p>Kedlen er opbygget med br\u00e6ndkammer efterfulgt af 2 tr\u00e6ksr\u00f8gr\u00f8r og vendekammer, som holdes rene af skudventiler i front og bag, hvorefter r\u00f8ggassen f\u00f8res gennem en 2-tr\u00e6kseconomizer med lodrette r\u00f8r og skudventiler i top, til rensning, i bunden sidder en cellesluse som t\u00f8mmer aske ud i sneglene. Fra posefiltret ledes den rensede r\u00f8ggas videre til den nye r\u00f8ggasventilator inden den udledes gennem den eksisterende skorsten. Linka leverede derfor et komplet SCNR-system, der er et \u201dstand alone\u201d system for NOx-reduktion, som best\u00e5r af en tank til reduktionsagenten\/-mediet, standardiseret pumpemodul til bl\u00f8dgjort vand og reduktionsagenten, proces kabinet, injektor(er) og styring.
