I bunden af flisgraven er installeret et hydraulisk skraberanl\u00e6g (walking floor), som sikrer en kontrolleret og ensartet fremf\u00f8ring af flisen til en redler for videre transport til kedelanl\u00e6gget.<\/p>\n<p>Herfra transporteres flisen videre via kopelevator og redler til cellesluse og videre til kedlens dobbelte stokersnegl. Fremf\u00f8ringssystemet er overv\u00e5get og udstyret med automatisk reversering ved overbelastning. Dette sikrer optimal luftoverskudsprocent, h\u00f8j virkningsgrad og stabile emissionsniveauer.<\/p>\n<p>Kedlen er udstyret med automatisk trykluftbaseret r\u00f8gr\u00f8rsrensning, som sikrer konstant varmeoverf\u00f8rsel og reducerer behovet for manuel reng\u00f8ring.<\/p>\n<p>Efter kedlen passerer r\u00f8ggassen en 2-tr\u00e6ks economizer, hvor varmeenergien i r\u00f8ggassen overf\u00f8res til anl\u00e6ggets vandkreds. Herved forbedres den samlede virkningsgrad, og r\u00f8ggastemperaturen s\u00e6nkes f\u00f8r den efterf\u00f8lgende rensning.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f8ggassen passerer herefter en multicyklon, hvor grove partikler separeres, og videre til et el-filter, der effektivt fjerner de fine partikler.
