Ved at br\u00e6nde flis kan varmev\u00e6rket tilbyde kunderne 100 % CO2 neutral varme, og samtidig opn\u00e5 store besparelser p\u00e5 br\u00e6ndsel.<\/p>\n<p>Det nordjyske fjernvarmev\u00e6rk har siden 1991 forsynet borgerne i \u00d8sterild. I dag er der cirka 250 forbrugere tilknyttet v\u00e6rket, som tilsammen har et \u00e5rligt varmeforbrug p\u00e5 5,5 millioner kWh.<\/p>\n<p>Inden udskiftningen af kedlen, fik \u00d8sterild varme fra tr\u00e6piller, samt olie i perioder med et s\u00e6rligt h\u00f8jt varmeforbrug. Flis er dog generelt et billigere br\u00e6ndsel end tr\u00e6piller, og varmev\u00e6rket har derfor valgt fremover at anvende t\u00f8r skovflis. Dette leveres fra lokale skovomr\u00e5der.<\/p>\n<p>Varmev\u00e6rkets eksisterende flislager med fliskran er genanvendt, men Linka har installeret en ny indfyringstragt. Kedlens automatiske askeudtag er tilkoblet varmev\u00e6rkets eksisterende askesystem, da dette ligeledes skulle genanvendes.<\/p>\n<p>Med skiftet til det nye flisanl\u00e6g kan \u00d8sterild erstatte brugen af olie, selv i perioder med spidsbelastning. Yderligere seks skudventiler er monteret p\u00e5 bagenden af kedlen for rensning af 2. r\u00f8gtr\u00e6k. Dette betyder at \u00d8sterild kan n\u00f8jes med at rense r\u00f8gr\u00f8rene manuelt f\u00e5 gange om \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p>Anl\u00e6gget er installeret med PLC styring, som sikrer l\u00f8bende overv\u00e5gning af ydeevnen.
