Kedellinjen indg\u00e5r i v\u00e6rkets samlede forsyning af Nakskov p\u00e5 Lolland. Lolland Varme driver to varmev\u00e6rker i Nakskov, heraf \u00e9t halm-varmev\u00e6rk, som tilsammen forsyner omkring 4.400 forbrugere med 100 % CO2 neutral varme.<\/p>\n

Halmvarmev\u00e6rket blev etableret i 2010 med to 8.000 kW kedler, med mulighed for en fremtidig udbygning med yderligere 5.000 kW. Denne udbygning fik Linka til opgave at gennemf\u00f8re i 2013. St\u00f8rrelsen p\u00e5 den 3. kedellinje var i mellem-tiden blevet \u00e6ndret til 6.500 kW.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=”h4″ text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”163967″]Anl\u00e6gget[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”251621″]Linka var totalleverand\u00f8r p\u00e5 en komplet kedellinje, med alt fra sikkerhedskasse i halmlageret til halmklipper, kedel, askesystem og r\u00f8ggassystem. Endvidere fik vi i samme omgang til opgave at ombygge de to eksisterende kedler. Idet den eksisterende halmkran skulle anvendes, blev denne omprogrammeret til et 3. afleveringspunkt, som skal f\u00f8de den nye kedellinje med halm.<\/p>\n

Den nye kedellinje best\u00e5r af en 6.500 kW Linka GBV kedel, designet til et maksimalt driftstryk p\u00e5 6 bar. Kedlen er i 5-tr\u00e6ks udf\u00f8relse, og hermed designet til en mere effektiv udnyttelse af varmen, hvilket medf\u00f8rer h\u00f8jere virkningsgrad og en st\u00f8rre besparelse p\u00e5 halm.<\/p>\n

Indfyringen sker fra den opstillede sikkerhedskasse p\u00e5 halmlageret, hvortil kranen leverer ballen. Denne f\u00f8res herefter ind i halmklipperen for at blive sk\u00e5ret i skiver, som transporteres videre til kedlen for afbr\u00e6nding.
