Indtil 1988 fik omr\u00e5det varme fra et oliefyret varmev\u00e6rk, inden der blev skiftet til halm. I begyndelsen af 2013 fik Linka til opgave at levere et nyt, n\u00f8glef\u00e6rdigt halmvarmev\u00e6rk, som skulle forsyne hele omr\u00e5det med driftssikker, CO2 neutral varme. Foruden levering af det komplette maskinanl\u00e6g, har Linka ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6ret ansvarlig for at opf\u00f8re kedelrummet og 550 m2 halmlager.<\/p>\n<p>Ligesom ved det tidligere anl\u00e6g, blev halm igen valgt som br\u00e6ndsel, da dette er den billigste varmekilde. Halm er tilmed en CO2 neutral fyringskilde.<\/p>\n<p>St. Merl\u00f8se har et \u00e5rligt forbrug p\u00e5 omkring 3.000 ton halm, som leveres af lokale landm\u00e6nd.&#8221; text_color_type=&#8221;uncode-palette&#8221; text_color_solid=&#8221;#ff0000&#8243;]Halmvarmev\u00e6rk sikrer stor besparelse og gr\u00f8n energi[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8221;h4&#8243; text_size=&#8221;h4&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;648676&#8243; subheading=&#8221;Halmanl\u00e6gget ved St. Merl\u00f8se best\u00e5r af en 4.500 kW varmtvandskedel i 5-tr\u00e6ks udf\u00f8relse. Kedlen er hermed designet til en mere effektiv udnyttelse af varmen, hvilket medf\u00f8rer h\u00f8jere virkningsgrader og en st\u00f8rre besparelse p\u00e5 br\u00e6ndslet. Kedlen er yderligere designet til et maksimalt driftstryk p\u00e5 6 bar.<\/p>\n<p>En halmkran sikrer automatisk f\u00f8dning af br\u00e6ndsel, hvor halmballen hentes fra lageret og afleveres i en sikkerhedskasse, som ogs\u00e5 er placeret i lageret. Ballen f\u00f8res herefter hydraulisk ind i halmklipperen, som klipper en skive af ballen, hvorefter den skubbes ind i kedlen for afbr\u00e6nding.<\/p>\n<p>Til anl\u00e6gget er ligeledes leveret en akkumuleringstank p\u00e5 1.000 m3, som kan opbevare \u00e9n mio. liter vand, og hermed forsyne hele omr\u00e5det i 1-2 d\u00f8gn, eksempelvis i forbindelse med service.<\/p>\n<p>Det automatiske askeudtag transporterer asken fra kedlen til en 15 m3 askecontainer, placeret uden for bygningen.
