Med \u00f8get fokus p\u00e5 energieffektivitet, milj\u00f8 og omkostninger efterspurgte virksomheden et biomasseanl\u00e6g, hvor egne restprodukter kunne anvendes som br\u00e6ndsel i stedet for, at dette skulle k\u00f8res til destruktion.<\/p>\n<p>Inden installationen af deres nye anl\u00e6g benyttede virksomheden naturgas til at drive produktionen. Med det nye anl\u00e6g opn\u00e5es der en v\u00e6sentlig besparelse samtidig med at udledningen af CO2 reduceres markant.<\/p>\n<p>Dampen fra anl\u00e6gget bliver prim\u00e6rt anvendt til varmebehandling af fodret, som virksomheden producerer. Kedlen er dimensioneret til at give fuld udbr\u00e6ndning og effektiv udnyttelse af str\u00e5lingsvarmen i ildkanalen.<\/p>\n<p>Restprodukterne fra rensning af r\u00e5varerne bliver l\u00e6sset af i en hal hvorfra de f\u00f8res ind via et walking floor system, som l\u00f8bende f\u00f8der kedlen, hvor det hele bliver br\u00e6ndt og omdannet til damp. Denne damp f\u00f8res via et r\u00f8rsystem, som ligger under jorden, over til foderfabrikken, der ligger ved siden af anl\u00e6gget.<\/p>\n<p>Anl\u00e6gget styres og overv\u00e5ges ved hj\u00e6lp af den installerede PLC-styring som kan tilg\u00e5es fra telefoner og computere hvilket g\u00f8r det let for driftspersonalet af betjene.<\/p>\n<p>Det automatiske askeudtag transporterer asken fra kedlen
