Desuden drives der tr\u00e6lasthandel og en r\u00e6kke tankstationer.<\/p>\n<p>Virksomheden har hidtil f\u00e5et varmen fra en 400 kW Linka kedel, men med virksomhedens investering i proteinproduktionen Trip\u00adleA har det v\u00e6ret n\u00f8dvendigt med et st\u00f8rre anl\u00e6g.<\/p>\n<p>Det nye kedelanl\u00e6g er monteret i K\u00f8bmandsg\u00e5rdens eksisterende fyrrum, og er derfor dimensioneret efter disse rammer.<\/p>\n<p>Varmen skal prim\u00e6rt bruges til procesvarme ved proteinproduktionen i TripleA og til forvarmning af vand til en dampkedel i foderproduktionen.<\/p>\n<p>Ved at anvende kornafrens udnytter virksomheden ressourcerne optimalt, idet afrensen br\u00e6ndes fremfor at blive bortskaffet. Der er tilmed tale om CO2 neutralt br\u00e6ndsel som gavner milj\u00f8et.&#8221; text_color_type=&#8221;uncode-palette&#8221; text_color_solid=&#8221;#ff0000&#8243;]Nyt biomasseanl\u00e6g sikrer maksimal udnyttelse af ressourcer[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8221;h4&#8243; text_size=&#8221;h4&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;535709&#8243; subheading=&#8221;Anl\u00e6gget best\u00e5r af en 2.000 kW Linka H kedel, de\u00adsignet til fyring med kornafrens. Sammen med kedlen er der ogs\u00e5 leveret multicyklon, posefilter og 20 me\u00adter skorsten. Kedlen er tilkoblet et eksisterende skraberanl\u00e6g til forsyning af br\u00e6ndsel.<\/p>\n<p>Den nye kedel er langt mere effektiv end den gamle, som Linka installerede tilbage i 2002. Dette betyder at kedlen ved opstart af proces i TripleA, opvarmer vandet p\u00e5 den halve tid, sammenlignet med den gamle tr\u00e6pillekedel som tidligere forsynede afdelingen.<\/p>\n<p>Driftspersonalet har tidligere v\u00e6ret udfordret af slaggerdannelse i den gamle kedel, hvilket har betydet ekstra driftsarbejde p\u00e5 op mod en time dagligt samt tils\u00e6tning af kridt for at begr\u00e6nse denne slaggerdannelse. Linkas verdenspatenterede teknologi har afhjulpet denne problematik i nye kedler, s\u00e5 kridttils\u00e6tning ikke l\u00e6ngere er n\u00f8dvendig, og dannelsen af slagger er yderst begr\u00e6nset.<\/p>\n<p>PLC styringen g\u00f8r det nemt at tilg\u00e5 anl\u00e6gget og her\u00adigennem kontrollere driften. Internetopkobling med fjernadgang til styringen g\u00f8r det muligt for Linka at til\u00adg\u00e5 anl\u00e6gget og fejlfinde i forbindelse med alarmer. Et automatisk askesystem transporterer asken fra kedlen til en 20 m3 askecontainer, ved hj\u00e6lp af askesnegle.<\/p>\n<p>Foruden biomasseanl\u00e6gget er der installeret en komplet oliebackup i container, ved siden af fyrrum\u00admet.
