Bioenergie Marienthal GmbH & Co.KG \u00f8nskede at \u00e6ndre p\u00e5 dette og i stedet fremover fokusere p\u00e5 at generere energi fra halm og g\u00f8dning i deres biogasanl\u00e6g, s\u00e5ledes at varme, elektricitet og biomethan fra biogas bliver vigtige komponenter i b\u00e6redygtig energiproduktion.<\/p>\n

I 2020 leverede Linka Energy A\/S en komplet halmh\u00e5ndteringslinje til Bioenergie Marienthal GmbH & Co.KG., hvor et varme- og mekanisk halmbehandlingsanl\u00e6g fuldst\u00e6ndigt nedbryder halmen. Den behandlede halm anvendes derefter i det andet trin i biogasanl\u00e6gget og omdannes til biogas.” text_color_type=”uncode-palette” text_color_solid=”#ff0000″]B\u00e6redygtig energiproduktion med Linkas\u00ae Halmh\u00e5ndteringssystem[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=”h4″ text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”577440″ subheading=”Anl\u00e6gget best\u00e5r af et Linka\u00ae halmh\u00e5ndteringssystem, der h\u00e5ndterer halmballer i midi-big og Heston ballest\u00f8rrelser, dvs. op til 2400x900x1200mm.<\/p>\n

Halmballerne placeres p\u00e5 halmlinjen med en automatisk kran i 2 identiske lageromr\u00e5delinjer og \u00bd linje foran halmh\u00e5ndteringslinjen i den kolde halmopbevaringshal.<\/p>\n

N\u00e5r der sendes et signal til systemet, registrerer kranen automatisk halmballen p\u00e5 halmlageret, bev\u00e6ger sig hen til halmlinjen og henter en halmballe, hvorefter den s\u00e6ttes ned p\u00e5 denne. Halmlinjen h\u00e5ndterer 2 halmballer ad gangen, og inden de kommer til Linka\u00ae guillotine porten, vil den automatiske Linka\u00ae snoreaftager, s\u00f8rge for at snorene fjernes automatisk.<\/p>\n

Efter snorene er fjernet transporteres halmballen til Linka\u00ae guillotinen, der deler ballerne i ca. 25 cm lange stykker, inden de leveres p\u00e5 et transportb\u00e5nd, der tager dem udenfor bygningen og afleverer halmen i en halm- og gyllemixer.<\/p>\n

Halmh\u00e5ndteringssystemet er designet til at h\u00e5ndtere op til 4 baller pr. time.<\/p>\n

Kontrol- og overv\u00e5gningssystemet er baseret p\u00e5 PLC-styring, der sikrer en kontrolleret og logisk f\u00f8dning af halmballer baseret p\u00e5 den aftalte tid\/signalinput.<\/p>\n
