Die Kesselanlage ist Teil der Gesamtversorgung der Anlage in Nakskov auf Lolland. Lolland Varme betreibt zwei Heizwerke in Nakskov, eines davon ist eine Strohanlage. Gemeinsam versorgen sie etwa 4.400 Verbraucher mit zu 100 % CO2-neutraler W\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n<p>Die Strohanlage wurde 2010 mit zwei Kesseln zu je 8.000 kW errichtet, mit der M\u00f6glichkeit einer Erweiterung um weitere 5.000 kW. Im Jahr 2013 wurde Linka beauftragt, diese Erweiterung abzuschlie\u00dfen. In der Zwischenzeit wurde die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Kesselanlage auf 6.500 kW ge\u00e4ndert.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8220;h4&#8243; text_size=&#8220;h4&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8220;163967&#8243;]Die Anlage[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8220;251621&#8243;]Linka war der Lieferant einer kompletten Kesselanlage, angefangen von der Sicherheitsbox im Strohlager bis hin zum Stroh Schredder, Kessel, Ascheabsaugsystem und Abgasanlage. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurden wir beauftragt, die beiden bestehenden Kessel anzupassen. Da der vorhandene Strohkrane wiederverwendet wurde, wurde er f\u00fcr einen dritten Abwurfpunkt umprogrammiert, um die neue Kesselanlage mit Stroh zu versorgen.<\/p>\n<p>Die neue Kesselanlage besteht aus einem 6.500 kW Linka GBV Kessel, ausgelegt f\u00fcr einen maximalen Betriebsdruck von 6 bar. Der 5-Pass-Kessel ist f\u00fcr eine effizientere Nutzung der W\u00e4rme ausgelegt, was h\u00f6here Effizienzen und gr\u00f6\u00dfere Einsparungen beim Stroh gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Strohkrane liefert den Ballen in eine Sicherheitsbox im Lager. Der Ballen wird dann in den Stroh Schredder bewegt, wo er geschnitten wird, bevor er zur Verbrennung in den Kessel transportiert wird.
