Detta \u00f6kar verkningsgraden och minskar br\u00e4nslef\u00f6rbrukningen med cirka 30 kg\/h. <\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningsprocessen startar i halmlagret, d\u00e4r halmkranen placerar en halmbal p\u00e5 ett cirka 15 meter l\u00e5ngt Linka\u00ae halmtransportband (inklusive halmbord, sn\u00f6ravskiljare och inmatning). Br\u00e4nslet transporteras d\u00e4refter vidare till en Linka\u00ae TWIN upprivare, som finf\u00f6rdelar halmbalen till en j\u00e4mn och l\u00e4tthanterlig struktur.<\/p>\n<p>Halmlager och pannrum \u00e4r separerade med en hydraulisk s\u00e4kerhetslucka, som endast \u00f6ppnas n\u00e4r br\u00e4nsle efterfr\u00e5gas fr\u00e5n upprivarsystemet. Den hydrauliska s\u00e4kerhetsluckan \u00e4r konstruerad f\u00f6r att automatiskt st\u00e4ngas vid str\u00f6mavbrott genom egenvikt.  <\/p>\n<p>Det upprivna br\u00e4nslet transporteras d\u00e4refter via en dubbel stokerskruv in i f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningskammaren, d\u00e4r br\u00e4nslet f\u00f6rdelas p\u00e5 rostret. En mindre oljebr\u00e4nnare \u00e4r installerad f\u00f6r automatisk uppstart av pannan. <\/p>\n<p>Pannan \u00e4r uppbyggd med f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningskammare f\u00f6ljt av tv\u00e5str\u00e5kiga r\u00f6kr\u00f6r och v\u00e4ndkammare, vilka h\u00e5lls rena med Linka\u00ae skjutventiler placerade i fram- och baktill p\u00e5 pannan.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6kgasen leds d\u00e4refter vidare genom en tv\u00e5dragig economiser med vertikala tuber och skjutventiler i toppen f\u00f6r effektiv reng\u00f6ring. Askan matas via en cellmatare vidare till askskruvarna.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6kgasen leds d\u00e4refter vidare till det befintliga slangfiltret, som betj\u00e4nar b\u00e5da pannorna i anl\u00e4ggningen. <\/p>\n<p>Linka har dokumenterad erfarenhet av effektiv integration av nya system i befintliga anl\u00e4ggningar. Fr\u00e5n slangfiltret leds den renade r\u00f6kgasen vidare till den nya r\u00f6kgasfl\u00e4kten innan den sl\u00e4pps ut genom den befintliga skorstenen.
