Bj\u00f6rnstorp & Svenstorps Godsf\u00f6rvaltning driver de tv\u00e5 egendomarna, som b\u00e5da ligger i s\u00f6dra Sverige. Tillsammans har egendomarna sex g\u00e5rdar och mer \u00e4n 140 hyresfastigheter samt 2 400 hektar jordbruk och 1 900 hektar skog.<\/p>\n

Fram till 2002 anv\u00e4nde b\u00e5da egendomarna olja f\u00f6r att v\u00e4rma upp sina byggnader.<\/p>\n

Linka levererade den f\u00f6rsta anl\u00e4ggningen till Svenstorps Estate 2002, en hallanl\u00e4ggning p\u00e5 1 500 kW. Tv\u00e5 \u00e5r senare levererade vi ytterligare ett hallsystem, den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 1 000 kW till Bj\u00f6rnstorps Gods.<\/p>\n

B\u00e5da fastigheterna har f\u00f6rsetts med anl\u00e4ggningar som producerar betydligt mer v\u00e4rme \u00e4n vad fastigheterna beh\u00f6ver. Detta beror p\u00e5 att b\u00e5da anl\u00e4ggningarna ocks\u00e5 levererar fj\u00e4rrv\u00e4rme till det lokala omr\u00e5det. Anl\u00e4ggningen i Bj\u00f6rnstorp levererar v\u00e4rme till Genarp stad och \u00e4r stadens enda fj\u00e4rrv\u00e4rmek\u00e4lla. \u00d6verskottsv\u00e4rme fr\u00e5n Svenstorp levereras till Kraftringen, som f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjer staden Lund.” text_color_type=”uncode-palette” text_color_solid=”#ff0000″]Kombinerad uppv\u00e4rmning ger mycket v\u00e4rme[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=”h4″ text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”147599″ subheading=”Sommaren 2010 ersatte Linka den befintliga pannan p\u00e5 Bj\u00f6rnstorps gods med en ny Linka H-panna p\u00e5 4 000 kW. Den anv\u00e4nda pannan renoverades d\u00e4refter och s\u00e5ldes till ett annat svenskt d\u00f6dsbo. I den nya anl\u00e4ggningen installeras en dubbel transport\u00f6r med 60 meter halm. Detta ger utrymme f\u00f6r 50 stora halmbalar, vilket motsvarar cirka 27 ton halm.<\/p>\n

\u00c5ret d\u00e4rp\u00e5 konverterades anl\u00e4ggningen till kraftv\u00e4rmeverk och ett system med fem skrapor installerades. Detta inneb\u00e4r att g\u00e5rden kan elda med b\u00e5de halm och flis och d\u00e4rmed v\u00e4lja br\u00e4nsle beroende p\u00e5 priser och f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningstrygghet.<\/p>\n

Ett 4 000 kW-hallsystem installerades p\u00e5 Svenstorps gods 2011. V\u00e4rmen fr\u00e5n denna anv\u00e4nds ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att torka spannm\u00e5l. Liksom hos Bj\u00f6rnstorps installeras en dubbelspolare med dubbla k\u00f6rf\u00e4lt och en automatisk linjedragare, vilket garanterar ett h\u00f6gt automatiserat system.<\/p>\n
