Who we’re looking for
- Technical Background: Degree as Marine Engineer, Operations Technician, Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Technician, or similar.
- Experience: Preferably from the energy sector – particularly in project management, commissioning, or installation of biomass, waste-to-energy, district heating, or boiler systems.
- Skills: Strong understanding of combustion systems, including flow, mechanics, and electrical components.
- Language: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Personality: Hands-on mindset, proactive, and passionate about turning ideas into real-world technical solutions.
