Heating plants

Mobile wood pellet plants: 1.000 - 15.000 kW

Linka's mobile plants are complete and turnkey heating plants in special containers. The plant is delivered and erected by a crane on a prepared concrete foundation.

Mobile wood pellet plant

With Linka's mobile plant, you get a turnkey heating plant built in a large standard or special container. In addition, one or more pillar silos, a special ash container and a chimney are all connected to the main container of the mobile plant.

If the boiler "calls" for heat, the firing procedure is activated. This means that the silo's transport augers start, after which the pellets are transported to the main container and the boiler.

The main container can be built in three different sizes depending on the boiler size selected. It consists of a base with door panels, four sides made of trapezoidal sheet and a roof. The inside of the container is insulated with 100 mm insulation material and lined with galvanised perforated sheets. There is a single door at one end and a double door at the other.

The plant is assembled at Linka with all necessary equipment, plumbing and electrical installation and is ready for operation when it arrives at its destination. Usually the plant is operational shortly after arrival at the site.

Linka H boiler - for wood pellets

The H-boiler is a cylindrical, high-efficiency flue-tube boiler in 3- or 5-pass design, designed for biomass firing. The boiler has a smooth flue and water-cooled reversing chambers, and is dimensioned to provide full combustion and efficient use of radiant heat in the flue, while making maximum use of convection heat in the downstream flue sections.

In the front of the boiler, a movable, water- and air-cooled trapper bar is mounted, which counteracts impact stresses. Heated combustion air is supplied partly from the bottom (primary air) and partly from the inlet end (secondary air) using Linka’s world-patented combustion technology to provide proper turbulence in the combustion section. This completely burns off the gases produced.

Careful insulation of the boiler with 100 mm mineral wool ensures that heat loss is minimal. The boiler is in all-welded, gas-tight design for open and closed systems and is supplied with studs, flanges and counter-flanges for flow, return and safety connection. A cleaning loop at the end of the boiler box makes cleaning and inspection of the boiler simple.

Standard the boiler is designed for hot water with an operating pressure of 4 bar and a max. operating temperature of 110º C. The H-boiler can also be made as a hot water boiler with a temperature of e.g. 160º C, and adapted pressure of e.g. 10 bar.

An elegant cladding of blue plastic-coated steel plates gives the Linka H kettle an appealing, modern design.

Automated ease of use

Linka has many years of experience in developing the special advanced combustion technology for straw and other biofuels. And in making the best use of technology in mobile systems with high reliability and ease of use.

You choose the cooperation

You can use Lin-ka as you like. From a pure supplier of the plant to a larger and closer cooperation, where we are the total supplier on a turn-key project.

Automatic ash outlet

At the bottom of the boiler, a stainless steel ash conveyor is mounted, which transports the ash out to the ash conveyor. This snail carries the ash to an ash container, for example outside the building.

Automatic cleaning of flue pipes

A number of pressure tanks with attached air shot valves are mounted on the boiler. These push air through the boiler flue pipes, cleaning them. This means that you very rarely have to clean the boiler flue manually.
